Jerry provided business and estate planning solutions to individuals. He brought decades of experience in the preparation of wills, trusts, premarital and post marital agreements and other estate planning documents, as well as in probate and trust administration, and litigation. He also counseled business owners through the sales and acquisitions of businesses, succession plans, and general and business corporate law.
