Sarah Kwon is an associate in SATC’s Commercial Real Estate and Business Law Practice Groups. She concentrates her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development. Sarah regularly represents and counsels owners, landlords, developers, tenants, and property managers concerning mixed-use projects, shopping and lifestyle centers, retail, medical, office, and multifamily asset types. Sarah also focuses her practice on business law matters such as business formations and corporate governance.
Sarah has over ten years of experience working within the legal field. While in law school, she worked full-time as a legal assistant, served as a student clinician at Loyola’s Business Law Clinic, and was as a judicial extern to Hon. Susan E. Cox of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Sarah graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she was on the Dean’s List for most of her law school career.
Sarah is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI) and is actively involved with the WBAI’s Annual Dinner Committee. The WBAI Annual Dinner is one of the most well-attended events in the Chicago legal community attracting over 800 lawyers, judges, and dignitaries.
